Tira-Mish-U!!

Salam...
Diya gedik2 nk tukar name tiramisu jadi tira-mish-u...hihi..neway nk cite 
Hari 2 ade department lunch , so Diya pon gedik2 nk makan tiramisu kat sane since die tulis made from mascarpone cheese... luckily, tiramisu tu halal which is did not contain rum/alcohol...

So, readers careful tau before nk mkn tiramisu ni..lagi2 yg mahal punye..tanye dulu ade alcohol x..kdg2 dieorg ni bkn nk gitau pon..

Bile makan tu..ya ampun..sedap rupanye mascarpone cheese nih..nk kate lemak x lemak , nk kate x lemak berlemak plak..haishh mmg sedoppp la...so balik tu ape lagi mestila kite nk google2 carik resipi yg kite rase senang nk wat but sedap...so jumpelah link ni kat youtube..x save plak link yg mane cz amik resipi screen capture kat phone n trus buat...

Before that, gi lah beli brg, belilah mascarpone cheese nih..haish mahainye... 250gm = RM21...since nk gak makan kan pejam mata je lah bayor..but trust me...xkan nyesal punya..sbb rase die mmg lain kalo pakai cream cheese biase...

Kali ni diya wat tiramisu dlm bekas kecik2..baru feel makan mcm kat kedai walaupon bekas dadih je...



Ni la secret ingredients nye...wajib pakai kalo nk tiramisu terbaek!! jgn kedukut k..

Ok ni resipinya...

250gm mascorpone cheese
400ml dairy whipping cream
100gm gula halus
3 biji telur kuning
1 cawan pekat2 coffee 
finger lady
2-3 sudu besar cocoa powder

Cara2 nya
1. Kuning telur n gula gaul2 kan dan masak atas double boiler
2. Dah masuk masuk kan cheese tadi dan kacau ( mcm dlm gamba kat bwh ni )

Yg putih tu cheese ye...


3. Pukul whipping cream tu smp jadi mcm cream

4. campur yg kuning telur n cheese td kat dlm whipping cream yg dah whipped dan kacau smp sebati..

5. Celup finger lady dlm air coffee td..make sure coffee tu pekat n sedap2 rase, jgn buat pahit2..nk celup tu pon sekali celup je..jgn nk celup lama2 cz nnt finger lady tu akan  mencair bile dah kene cheese tu, nnt berair2 finger lady tu..x umpphh plak bile makan...kalo boleh celup 1 saat je dah cukup hehe..




Ni lah rupe lady finger...diya potong 2 sbb bekas kecik sgt

6. Susun lady finger dlm bekas...


Susun tu kalo boleh bg die berbaring..

7. Amik satu sudu adunan cheese tadi n cover atas lady finger tu




8. Ayak n tabur kan cocoa powder kat atas adunan cheese yg dlm bekas n repeat process dr no 6 tu sehingga 3 layer...maksudnya lps ni celup lady finger  letak dlm bekas ni atas cheese tu , letak adunan cheese n ayak cocoa powder ulang smp lady finger tu ade 3 dlm 1 bekas...



Pengayak tu comel sgt kan??

Ok...dah siap lah tira-mish - u ni...tp kalo makan trus x best, kene letak dlm peti ais bagi sejuk dulu n bg adunan die kawen dlm peti ais tu...atleast 1 hari lah... then br makan..mmg sodapppp...
